Paul Eaton

Senior Designer/Print Buyer

Paul has over twenty years experience in the Design and Print industry and is proficient in all aspects of graphic arts. His career began at the start of the Desk Top Publishing revolution and over that time he has built a reputation for working hard and being extremely reliable.

Within the twenty years, Paul has spent a large portion of that time working with Armitage Shanks and now Ideal Standard. Working closely with these companies Paul has built strong client relationships and delivers a high quality service. The main products produced were the original Catalogue 6000 and now the impressive Bluebook.

One of Paul’s major roles is print management, he has handled print material on behalf of clients such as Ideal Standard, Edge Services, Shakespeare, Sandwell Council, NScessity and EHS International. Some of his work can be viewed at stores such as B&Q, John Lewis and Next.

More recently Paul has been involved in the management of customer accounts. This involves all aspects from the sales process through project management and support.

With the continually changing world we live in, Paul is a strong believer in keeping up with modern developments to ensure his clients are at the forefront of the latest technologies.

Paul also loves Apple products and the Apple brand!

David Pearson

Brand Guru/Senior Designer

With over twenty two years experience in the Design and Print industry David is accomplished in all aspects of graphic design and photography. He was there at the start of the Desk Top Publishing revolution, cutting his teeth with software applications such as Pagemaker, QuarkXpress, Letrastudio, Freehand and of course the early incarnations of Photoshop. David is an expert in Mac OSX and the Adobe Creative Suite.

One of David’s key strengths is his ability to create, evolve and uphold unique and distinctive brands. He produces strong, future proof brands that always stand out even in the most saturated markets.

David also embraces digital photography and likes to keep up to date with the latest equipment, file formats and photo retouching techniques.

A team player, full of ideas and with an excellent eye for the overall picture, David stays within timelines and deadlines on projects, no matter what it takes.

David has an excellent rapport with clients who include Armitage Shanks, Shakespeare, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, EHS International, B&Q, John Lewis and NScessity. He also has a good rapport with printers and prides himself on supplying ‘problem free’ high resolution pdfs for output.

Mark has over fifteen years of experience in the Information Technology industry. His skills cover many aspects of computing from analysis and design through development to project management.

Mark has led successful projects and delivered applications used by many high profile clients including Lloyds TSB, Travelex and Land Rover. He worked on the original ADSL trials for British Telecoms during his time at Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Ltd.

Consistently delivering high quality solutions, on time and within budget, Mark’s development style pays particular attention to reliability, scalability and reusability based upon solid systems architecture.

He likes to keep up with emerging technologies and adapts very quickly to new applications and techniques.

Mark has excellent communication skills and is typically involved with the client throughout every phase of a project, from early negotiations to final hand-over. He works well in a team or individually, using creativity and initiative to deliver the best solution to the end user.

Beginning with a bespoke, web-based finance application for Barclays Bank, Mark has accumulated a decade of experience in business and requirement analysis, solution design and software development. Past clients include numerous national government departments, Royal Mail, Tesco and Philip Morris International (Marlboro).

Choosing to focus upon delivery of the highest possible quality solution, Mark prides himself on having no technical bias and skills across a variety of platforms. With development expertise in both Windows and Linux/Unix environments, he works hard to remain at the cutting edge of both, as well as the latest developments in off-the-shelf products for all scenarios.

Mark also loves to snowboard.

David Wilkinson is a highly skilled technical consultant with over twenty years experience in the IT industry, delivering business-critical systems into many blue-chip companies including BP, Castrol, Jaguar, Land Rover, Tesco and Lloyds TSB.

He is a first-class software system architect and developer with an excellent in-depth understanding of Internet-based technologies and their application to business problems. He has been at the forefront of the application of technologies such as Java from their inception and is constantly active in assessing the potential of new and emerging technologies in electronic commerce. Having played leading roles in several major commercial Internet-based developments, he has been in the vanguard of the movement towards the use of the Internet as a serious commercial tool.

He has successfully helped found a number of IT-based companies, working with them from inception through to acquisition. His comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of technologies is complemented by a thorough understanding of the commercial needs of the business.

David is also the author of Flickr Mashups, published by Wiley in January 2007 as part of their Wrox imprint‘s Programmer-to-Programmer series of books.

Multimedia Design & Web Developer

Joel has over four years experience using software titles such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in design and print projects. More recently, he has started to learn a number of web technologies and is now fluent in HTML and CSS.

Being the newest member of the team, Joel is already an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS X System. His attention to detail means pixel perfect web sites and valid CSS/HTML code for web work. Joel likes to keep on top of the latest web styles and trends, and can work with a team to meet deadlines.
